“We had our pool pump give a keypad error and then finally the screen went out. We were already battling some algae and timing was awful. I looked online for solutions, and because of the age of our pump there was not an economical replacement, we were looking at having to buy a new pump.

Daryl provided us with an estimate on our repair and after us asking him tons and tons of questions, we settled on a pump and he came out to do the install. When he was here, he found that the existing pump had some wiring issues and he was able to correct that and get the old pump running. He could have just replaced the pump and we would have been Non the wiser, but he has integrity and let us know that we didn’t need to actually replace our pump and he was able to fix our existing pump if that’s what we wanted to do. He saved us quite a bit of money with a repair instead of a replacement.

While he was repairing the pump he even rotated the keypad so that it was facing the right way, something that didn’t have to be done but it was the right way to do it. I highly recommend Neptune Pools, when we do end up needing more of a major service we will definitely be giving our business to Neptune!” – David A.
